Ingredients
- 1 handful fresh washed lacinato kale
- 2 1/2 cups coarsely chopped cilantro with stems
- 2 tbsps fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsps water
- 1 tbsp peeled and minced ginger
- 1 green chili pepper
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 -1 tsp digestive masala
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
