Ingredients
  

  • 1 handful fresh washed lacinato kale
  • 2 1/2 cups coarsely chopped cilantro with stems
  • 2 tbsps fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsps water
  • 1 tbsp peeled and minced ginger
  • 1 green chili pepper
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 -1 tsp digestive masala

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
